A: Schedule a pickup window at laundryonkeap.com or by phone. Leave your laundry bagged at your door or building entry; we collect it during your window, wash, dry, and neatly fold it at our Williamsburg facility at 449 Keap St, then deliver it back the same day or next day depending on when you booked. 25 lb minimum on pickup orders; pickup and delivery is $7.50 each way on top of the per-pound rate.
Q: How much does Wash & Fold cost?
A: Wash and fold is $1.65 per pound for next-day standard service and $2.05 per pound for same-day if booked before 11 AM. Pickup and delivery is a flat $7.50 each way on top of the per-pound rate. 15 lb minimum for in-store drop-off, 25 lb minimum for pickup. Sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers go in your regular wash and fold; large comforters are $23.99 each (separate from per-pound pricing because they take a full machine).
Q: How fast is the turnaround? Do you offer same-day Wash & Fold?
A: Standard turnaround is next day. Same-day is available if you drop off (or schedule a pickup) before 11 AM — back by 8 PM that day. No rush charge for next-day; same-day adds $0.40/lb. Larger orders or recurring turnover schedules can be arranged in advance.
Q: Do you offer hypoallergenic or eco-friendly detergent?
A: Yes. Hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and eco-friendly detergent options are free upgrades for customers with sensitive skin or sustainability preferences. Just request when you book or drop off — your preference is saved to your account for future orders. Our default is a cold-water wash with lightly scented detergent and a medium-heat dry; warmer wash, low-heat or air-dry are also available on request.

A: Laundry on Keap is open 8AM–10PM, seven days a week, including most holidays. Self-service machines, wash and fold drop-off, and pickup scheduling are all available throughout the day. Call (917) 909-1444 to confirm holiday hours.
